A compact 11.1V 5-6Ah lithium-ion pack in PVC wrap, sized for OEM device integration where internal volume is the binding constraint. It carries 56 Wh / 67 Wh of usable energy and delivers 2.5-3A (Peak 4A) continuous, a 0.5C rating. This is a steady-load design rather than a high-rate traction pack.

Charging at 2.5-3A brings it to full in roughly 2.5 hours. The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~60°C on charge. The pack measures 66*67*36mm and weighs 0.32 kg.

Waar het zich in het bereik bevindt

Within our 11.1V range this sits between the 2.6Ah and 7Ah builds. If your runtime target is tighter than expected once we model the duty cycle, the 7Ah configuration is the usual next step; if weight or envelope is the binding constraint, the 2.6Ah build is lighter.

Wat wij aanpassen

Cell count and arrangement, connector type, wire gauge and length, NTC placement, wrap printing and protection thresholds are all set per project. Packs this size often use a simple protection board; where the device needs it we add a full BMS with Bluetooth, CAN or RS485.

Hoe lang duurt een ontwerprevisie?
Bij elke revisie wordt de monsterklok van 20 tot 25 werkdagen opnieuw gestart. Het vroegtijdig vergrendelen van de envelop en het huidige profiel bespaart u de grootste tijd.

Cellen, compliance en levertijd

Cilindrische 18650 ternaire cellen van A-kwaliteit, doorgaans met UL-erkenning op celniveau. Elk pakket wordt geleverd met een UN38.3-testsamenvatting en MSDS, klaar voor lucht-, zee- en wegtransport. Assemblage en testen duren ongeveer 7 werkdagen. De celvoorziening bepaalt de totale doorlooptijd: liggen de benodigde cellen op voorraad, dan gaan samples in 12–15 werkdagen de deur uit; moeten ze worden ingekocht, reken dan op 20–25. Geef uw streefdatum vroeg door — wij bevestigen de celbeschikbaarheid voordat u zich vastlegt. Productie duurt 30–35 werkdagen. Er is geen minimale afname: we offreren losse stuks, met duidelijk betere prijzen vanaf 100 pakketten. De garantie op ternaire lithiumpakketten is doorgaans 2 jaar.
