We build lithium battery packs that ship under your brand.
OEM if you already have a design and need a manufacturer to hold the quality line; ODM if you have a product requirement and need someone to engineer the pack around it. Both routes cover LiFePO4 and NMC, CAN and RS485 BMS communication as standard, your labelling and your documentation.
Which engagement model fits your project?
| OEM | ODM | |
|---|---|---|
| You bring | A finished pack design, BOM and drawings | A performance requirement and an equipment constraint |
| We bring | Manufacturing, cell sourcing, testing, documentation | Cell selection, configuration, BMS spec, mechanical design, then manufacturing |
| Design ownership | Yours | Agreed at quotation stage |
| Typical customer | Established brand switching or adding a supplier | Equipment maker adding a battery to a product |
Most enquiries land somewhere between the two — a rough design that needs engineering input before it is buildable. That is normal, and we would rather resolve it at drawing stage than at sample stage.
What “under your brand” covers
Labelling
Your artwork, your model numbers, your regulatory marks, your barcodes or QR codes.
Enclosure
Colour, finish, moulded or laser-marked branding, mounting geometry to suit your equipment.
Connectors and pinout
Specified to your harness, not to our convenience.
Documentation
Spec sheets and drawings issued so you can hand them to your own customers, plus the UN38.3 report and MSDS needed for freight.
Packaging
Retail or industrial packaging to your artwork, with your carton markings.
Firmware and monitoring
BMS parameters set to your product, plus cloud monitoring and software customisation where your product needs it.
Minimum order, by project type
Same tiers as the rest of our build capability — no MOQ where no tooling or custom BMS firmware is needed, 100+ once tooling or firmware is involved, 300–500 for heavily customised certified packs. Full breakdown on Battery Pack Manufacturing →
This matters most for the awkward stage every hardware company passes through: past prototyping, not yet at volume, and being quoted 500-unit minimums by suppliers who are not interested in the ramp. For OEM programmes with repeat volume, tell us your forecast and we can align cell purchasing to it, which is the only reliable way to compress the lead-time window.
Quality control and traceability
Grade A cells, bought direct from EVE, REPT and Gotion rather than through a broker — the same sourcing discipline described on our Battery Pack Manufacturing page, and the reason we can hold a spec across a repeat OEM programme instead of substituting cells between batches. Each pack is tested before it leaves, and test records are kept against the pack so a field question years later has an answer.
Certification requirements differ by market and by product category, so we don’t default to one standard for every OEM programme — see which compliance standard applies to your market before you lock the spec.

Warranty
NMC packs typically carry around 2 years and LiFePO4 packs 3–5 years, shorter under high continuous discharge — see the full warranty table on Battery Pack Manufacturing → The applicable figure for your build is written into your OEM quotation, which also lets you set your own end-customer warranty with confidence.
Frequently asked questions
Can you build to my existing design and BOM?
Yes — that is a standard OEM engagement. Send drawings, BOM and test criteria. If we see something in the design likely to cause a field failure or a certification problem, we will raise it before quoting rather than build it silently.
Will my design stay confidential?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send drawings, and design ownership is agreed in writing at quotation stage.
Do you do private label for retail products?
Yes. Retail packaging, artwork, model numbering and barcodes are all part of the scope. Send your artwork files and packaging spec with your enquiry.
What is the minimum order for OEM?
Same tiers as our general capability — no MOQ, 100+, or 300–500, depending on tooling and BMS firmware. See the full breakdown on Battery Pack Manufacturing →
Can you match a pack I currently buy from another supplier?
Usually. Send the existing spec sheet, physical dimensions, connector detail and the BMS protocol the equipment expects. A physical sample of the old pack removes most of the guesswork.

Voltage, capacity, discharge profile, enclosure constraint, branding requirement and target date. That is enough for a real quotation.
