Custom Battery Pack Manufacturing Facility
Engineering and contract assembly for LiFePO4 and NMC architectures across 12V to 96V platforms. Verify our direct Tier-1 cell supply channels, automated cell grading, BMS calibration, and complete compliance documentation.

Core Manufacturing Capabilities
Our assembly infrastructure accommodates complex mechanical constraints, high-rate continuous discharge requirements, and harsh operating environments.
Critical Engineering Audits Before Production
- Pack-Level vs. Cell-Level Certification: Cell certification (UL 1642) does not certify complete battery packs. We provide full-pack test reports (UN 38.3, IEC 62619, CE) matching the finalized mechanical and electrical architecture.
- Total Enclosure & Potting Mass: System weight calculations must account for internal thermal barriers, busbars, heavy-duty structural casings, and potting resins, which add mass beyond bare cell energy density (Wh/kg).
- Controller Protocol Matching: We map BMS firmware registers to your host inverter or motor controller protocol prior to assembly to eliminate communication and handshake faults during field integration.
Agile Production Volumes
Pilot validation units and serial production batches operate through standardized quality controls, maintaining identical welding and testing tolerances regardless of order scale.
100% End-of-Line Quality Verification
Every production pack undergoes full-cycle capacity verification, continuous discharge load testing, dielectric insulation tests, and automated BMS cutoff verification before packaging.
