A 65.7V 110Ah LiFePO4 pack for marine propulsion — outboards, trolling motors, tenders and electric surfcraft. It carries 7.23 kWh of usable energy and delivers 200A (peak: 220A, 2s) continuous — a full 1.82C draw, with headroom for the surge loads motive duty demands.
Charging at 110A brings it to full in roughly 1.5 hours. The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 543x393x120mm (top cover size) and weighs 50 kg.
This is the largest 60V build we list as standard. Below it sits the 55Ah configuration; above it we move to a bespoke design rather than a catalogue starting point.
We design to the installation: sealing level, terminals, cable runs and mounting. Communication over CAN or RS485 lets the pack talk to the motor controller and helm display, and Bluetooth covers checks on board; 4G for remote monitoring of moored vessels is a custom option.
Is the pack sealed for marine environments?
Ingress protection is specified per project. Tell us the mounting location and exposure and we recommend a rating and enclosure.
Can it integrate with our motor controller display?
Usually. Send the controller model and we confirm the CAN or RS485 mapping before production.
Grade A prismatic LFP cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. LiFePO4 warranty typically runs 3–5 years, set against the discharge duty of the application; high-rate cycling shortens it.
