A 25.6V 300Ah LiFePO4 pack for truck parking air conditioning and auxiliary cab power, sized to run overnight without idling the engine. It carries 7.68 kWh of usable energy and delivers 150A (Peak 200A) continuous, a 0.5C rating. This is a steady-load design rather than a high-rate traction pack.

Charging at 60A brings it to full in roughly 5.5 hours. The operating window is -20~60°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 522 x 365 x 232 mm and weighs 53 kg.

Wo es im Bereich liegt

Within our 24V range this sits between the 280Ah and 315Ah builds. If your runtime target is tighter than expected once we model the duty cycle, the 315Ah configuration is the usual next step; if weight or envelope is the binding constraint, the 280Ah build is lighter.

Was wir anpassen

Enclosure and mounting follow the cab layout; capacity follows the compressor rating and the hours you need. Telematics integration over CAN or RS485 is available, with Bluetooth for in-cab checks.

Yes, with an appropriate DC-DC charger. Tell us the alternator output and we specify the charging path.

Does it work in summer heat inside a cab?
Within the temperature window above. For extreme climates we discuss thermal management at design stage.

Montage und Prüfung dauern rund 7 Arbeitstage. Den Gesamttermin bestimmt die Zellbeschaffung: sind die benötigten Zellen auf Lager, liefern wir Muster in 12–15 Arbeitstagen; müssen sie erst beschafft werden, rechnen Sie mit 20–25. Nennen Sie uns Ihren Wunschtermin früh — wir prüfen die Zellverfügbarkeit, bevor Sie sich festlegen. Die Serienfertigung dauert 30–35 Arbeitstage. Es gibt keine Mindestbestellmenge: wir kalkulieren auch Einzelstücke, ab 100 Packs verbessert sich der Preis deutlich. Die Garantie auf LiFePO4-Packs beträgt in der Regel 3–5 Jahre, abhängig von der Entladebelastung der Anwendung; hohe Entladeraten verkürzen sie.
