A 25.6V 300Ah LiFePO4 pack for truck parking air conditioning and auxiliary cab power, sized to run overnight without idling the engine. It carries 7.68 kWh of usable energy and delivers 150A (Peak 200A) continuous, a 0.5C rating. This is a steady-load design rather than a high-rate traction pack.

Charging at 60A brings it to full in roughly 5.5 hours. The operating window is -20~60°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 522 x 365 x 232 mm and weighs 53 kg.

Waar het zich in het bereik bevindt

Within our 24V range this sits between the 280Ah and 315Ah builds. If your runtime target is tighter than expected once we model the duty cycle, the 315Ah configuration is the usual next step; if weight or envelope is the binding constraint, the 280Ah build is lighter.

Enclosure and mounting follow the cab layout; capacity follows the compressor rating and the hours you need. Telematics integration over CAN or RS485 is available, with Bluetooth for in-cab checks.

Can it charge from the alternator while driving?
Yes, with an appropriate DC-DC charger. Tell us the alternator output and we specify the charging path.

Does it work in summer heat inside a cab?
Within the temperature window above. For extreme climates we discuss thermal management at design stage.

Cellen, compliance en levertijd

Prismatische LFP-cellen van A-kwaliteit, doorgaans met UL-erkenning op celniveau. Elk pakket wordt geleverd met een UN38.3-testsamenvatting en MSDS, klaar voor lucht-, zee- en wegtransport. Assemblage en testen duren ongeveer 7 werkdagen. De celvoorziening bepaalt de totale doorlooptijd: liggen de benodigde cellen op voorraad, dan gaan samples in 12–15 werkdagen de deur uit; moeten ze worden ingekocht, reken dan op 20–25. Geef uw streefdatum vroeg door — wij bevestigen de celbeschikbaarheid voordat u zich vastlegt. Productie duurt 30–35 werkdagen. Er is geen minimale afname: we offreren losse stuks, met duidelijk betere prijzen vanaf 100 pakketten. De garantie op LiFePO4-pakketten is doorgaans 3–5 jaar, afgestemd op de ontlaadbelasting van de toepassing; hoge ontlaadstromen verkorten dit.
