A 36V 20A charger for lithium and LiFePO4 packs, specified against the pack’s BMS rather than picked off a shelf. Charging profile, connector and cable length are set to the pack, so the charge curve matches the BMS thresholds instead of tripping them.

Chargers are built to the pack they serve: output voltage and current are set to your cell configuration, and where the pack uses CAN or RS485 we match the charger so charging stops on the BMS’s terms. Certification follows the requirement — where the charger has to carry UL approval we build to it; tell us at enquiry stage which approvals your market needs. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Samples ship in 12–15 working days when the housing and connector are standard; allow 20–25 if either is custom. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 units upward. Warranty runs 1–3 years, set case by case: duty cycle is the limiting factor, since a charger running high currents ages with the pack it serves rather than outlasting it, and where unit price is the priority the standard term is 1 year.
