A 22.2V 16Ah high-rate lithium-ion pack for UAV platforms, where every gram of pack mass comes out of payload or endurance. It carries 355 Wh of usable energy and delivers 120A continuous with 240A peak, a 15C rating built for the surge loads motive duty demands.
Charging at 16A (1C) brings it to full in roughly 1 hour. The operating window is -20~60°C on discharge and 0~40°C on charge. The pack measures 188 x 76 x 68 mm and weighs 1.93 kg.
Everything is drawn to the airframe: cell chemistry and format, geometry, connector, wire gauge. We size for your actual flight profile rather than a nominal one, and add CAN or RS485 telemetry where the platform expects it.
How do you handle transport of high-energy packs?
UN38.3 and MSDS are prepared for every build; for larger packs we advise on state-of-charge limits for air freight.

Grade A ternary cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. Ternary lithium warranty typically runs 2 years.
