Custom 96V 52Ah NCM Battery Pack

A 96V 52Ah ternary lithium pack for electric construction vehicles, marine propulsion and other heavy mobile equipment; packs at this voltage also serve larger golf and utility carts. It carries 4.99 kWh of usable energy and delivers 52A continuous, a 1C rating, suited to sustained loads with headroom for short bursts.

Charging at 10.4A brings it to full in roughly 5.5 hours. The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~60°C on charge. The pack measures 293 x 279 x 144 mm and weighs 20 kg.

Where it sits in the range

This is the entry point of our 96V range. The next step up is 108Ah, which is where most projects land once the duty cycle is modelled properly.

What we customise

We design to the machine: mounting interface, envelope, connector and capacity. Communication over CAN or RS485 covers integration with vehicle controllers, with Bluetooth for local checks and WiFi or 4G available on request.

Yes. Send mounting geometry, envelope and connector requirement and we design pack and enclosure to it.

Can it integrate with the vehicle controller?

Cells, compliance and lead time

Grade A 18650 cylindrical ternary cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. Ternary lithium warranty typically runs 2 years.
