A 25.2V 5.2Ah lithium-ion pack built for OEM integration. It carries 131 Wh of usable energy.

The operating window is -20~60°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 47.2 X 82 x 160 mm and weighs 1.2 kg.

Where it sits in the range

This is the entry point of our 25.2V range. The next step up is 10Ah, which is where most projects land once the duty cycle is modelled properly.

What we customise

Capacity, enclosure, terminals and discharge rating are all drawn to the application rather than picked from a list. Communication over CAN and RS485 is standard and Bluetooth covers local monitoring; WiFi or 4G with cloud software is available on request.

Can you change the discharge rating?
Yes. Rate is set by cell selection and pack design, so tell us the peak current you need.

Can this be wired in parallel for more capacity?
Yes, with matched packs and a BMS configuration that supports it. Tell us the target bank size at quotation stage.

Cells, compliance and lead time

Grade A 18650 cylindrical ternary cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. Ternary lithium warranty typically runs 2 years.
