Custom 11.1V 62.4AH 18650 PVC Wrap Battery Pack

A compact 11.1V 62.4Ah lithium-ion pack in PVC wrap, sized for OEM device integration where internal volume is the binding constraint. It carries 693 Wh of usable energy and delivers 62.4A continuous, a 1C rating, suited to sustained loads with headroom for short bursts.

Charging at 12.5A brings it to full in roughly 5 hours. The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~60°C on charge. The pack measures 70 x 116 x 232 mm and weighs 4.2 kg.

Where it sits in the range

This is the largest 11.1V build we list as standard. Below it sits the 10Ah configuration; above it we move to a bespoke design rather than a catalogue starting point.

What we customise

Almost everything is bespoke on a wrap pack: cell arrangement, connector, gauge and length, NTC placement, printing, protection thresholds. Most builds this size use a protection board; Bluetooth, CAN or RS485 are available where the device needs them.

Common questions

Why PVC wrap instead of a plastic case?
Wrap saves volume and weight and costs less at low volumes. A moulded case makes sense when you need ingress sealing or the volumes justify tooling.

Can the wrap carry our branding?
Yes. Printing is part of the customisation, including model and safety markings.

Cells, compliance and lead time

Grade A 18650 cylindrical ternary cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. Ternary lithium warranty typically runs 2 years.
