A 12.8V 20Ah LiFePO4 pack built for OEM integration. It carries 256 Wh of usable energy and delivers 4A continuous, a 0.2C rating. This is a steady-load design rather than a high-rate traction pack.
Charging at 4A brings it to full in roughly 5.5 hours. The operating window is -20~60°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 181 x 77 x 170 mm and weighs 2.1 kg.
Within our 12V range this sits between the 12Ah and 22Ah builds. If your runtime target is tighter than expected once we model the duty cycle, the 22Ah configuration is the usual next step; if weight or envelope is the binding constraint, the 12Ah build is lighter.
Capacity, enclosure, terminals and discharge rating are all drawn to the application rather than picked from a list. Communication over CAN and RS485 is standard and Bluetooth covers local monitoring; WiFi or 4G with cloud software is available on request.
How do we know this is the right pack for our application?
Send the load profile — average draw, peak draw, duration and duty cycle — and we will confirm or propose a different configuration.
Can you build to our enclosure drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing and we design the pack around it.
Our engineering division designs bespoke battery packs with CANBUS, RS485, custom aluminum enclosures, and matched chargers.
