A 25.6V 315Ah LiFePO4 traction pack for electric forklifts and warehouse handling equipment on multi-shift duty. It carries 8.06 kWh of usable energy and delivers 250A (Peak 400A, 30s) continuous, a 0.79C rating suited to mixed duty: sustained running with periodic higher demand.
Charging at 100A brings it to full in roughly 4 hours. The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~55°C on charge. The pack measures 645 x 240 x 520 mm and weighs 80 kg.
This is the largest 24V build we list as standard. Below it sits the 300Ah configuration; above it we move to a bespoke design rather than a catalogue starting point.
We design to the truck: tray envelope, connector, counterweight and charge strategy. BMS communication over CAN or RS485 feeds your fleet management system, with Bluetooth for local checks and WiFi or 4G available on request.
Can the pack match our existing battery tray?
Yes. Send tray dimensions, connector type and any counterweight requirement and we design to that envelope.
Do we need to change the charger?
Almost always. A lead-acid profile will not charge lithium correctly; we specify a matching charger.
Grade A prismatic LFP cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. LiFePO4 warranty typically runs 3–5 years, set against the discharge duty of the application; high-rate cycling shortens it.
