A 73.6V 45Ah LiFePO4 pack for electric two-wheelers, where pack volume and mass set the vehicle’s range and handling. It carries 3.31 kWh of usable energy and delivers 90A continuous — a full 2C draw, with headroom for the surge loads motive duty demands.
The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 324x310x258mm and weighs 33 kg.
This is the entry point of our 72V range. The next step up is 52Ah, which is where most projects land once the duty cycle is modelled properly.
Geometry and cell format follow the frame. Connector, gauge and protection thresholds follow the motor controller. Where the vehicle has a dashboard, CAN and RS485 handle it; where it has an app, Bluetooth is the usual route.
Can the pack be removable for charging indoors?
Yes. Removable designs need a different connector and latch approach; tell us at quotation stage.
Can you match our existing pack footprint?
Usually. Send dimensions, connector and the vehicle’s current profile and we confirm whether the cells fit the envelope.
Grade A prismatic LFP cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. LiFePO4 warranty typically runs 3–5 years, set against the discharge duty of the application; high-rate cycling shortens it.
