Product Details

A 65.7V 55Ah LiFePO4 pack for marine propulsion — outboards, trolling motors, tenders and electric surfcraft. It carries 3.61 kWh of usable energy and delivers 165A (peak: 200A, 2s) continuous — a full 3C draw, with headroom for the surge loads motive duty demands.

Charging at 55A brings it to full in roughly 1.5 hours. The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 405x285x126.50mm and weighs 25 kg.

Where it sits in the range

This is the entry point of our 60V range. The next step up is 110Ah, which is where most projects land once the duty cycle is modelled properly.

What we customise

Capacity, enclosure sealing, terminal type and cable runs are specified per vessel. The BMS supports CAN and RS485, which matters for integration with motor controllers and helm displays, plus Bluetooth for checking state of charge on board.

Common questions

How does it handle constant vibration and slamming?
Internal mounting and cell restraint are designed for it. Tell us the vessel type and we specify accordingly.

Can packs be paralleled for larger vessels?
Yes, with matched packs and a BMS configured for it. Tell us the target bank size at quotation stage.

Cells, compliance and lead time

Grade A prismatic LFP cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. LiFePO4 warranty typically runs 3–5 years, set against the discharge duty of the application; high-rate cycling shortens it.
