Product Details

A 73.6V 608Ah LiFePO4 traction pack for golf carts and low-speed electric vehicles that run all day and charge overnight. It carries 44.75 kWh of usable energy and delivers 200A (Peak 450A, 30s) continuous, a 0.33C rating. This is a steady-load design rather than a high-rate traction pack.

Charging at 90A brings it to full in roughly 7.5 hours. The operating window is -20~75°C on discharge and 0~45°C on charge. The pack measures 750 x 740x 500 mm and weighs 310 kg.

Where it sits in the range

This is the largest 72V build we list as standard. Below it sits the 210Ah configuration; above it we move to a bespoke design rather than a catalogue starting point.

What we customise

Capacity, enclosure dimensions, terminal type and cable routing are specified per project. Fleet operators most often want changes at the BMS: CAN and RS485 are standard for controller integration, with Bluetooth for local monitoring on a phone. Where a fleet needs remote state-of-charge and fault reporting across many carts we can add WiFi or 4G and build the cloud side, though most installations stay on Bluetooth.

Common questions

What if we need a different capacity?
Capacity is a design input. Tell us the runtime you need and the cart’s average and peak draw and we size to it.

Can you supply matching chargers?
Yes. We build chargers alongside packs so the charge profile matches the BMS rather than fighting it.

Cells, compliance and lead time

Grade A prismatic LFP cells, generally specified with UL recognition at cell level. Every pack ships with a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS prepared for air, sea and road transport. Assembly and testing take around 7 working days. Cell supply is what sets the overall schedule: when the cells your design needs are in stock, samples ship in 12–15 working days; when they have to be sourced, allow 20–25. Tell us your target date early and we will confirm cell availability before you commit to it. Production runs 30–35 working days. There is no minimum order quantity — this is a custom design business and we quote single units, with pricing improving noticeably from 100 packs upward. LiFePO4 warranty typically runs 3–5 years, set against the discharge duty of the application; high-rate cycling shortens it.
